Shipping Policy
Delivery is free for orders within Northern Ireland and mainland UK and select other countries.
For all other available countries shipping is free over £150.

All shipping will be provided by Parcel Force and Royal Mail.

Panels will be sent with a sheet of MDF either side, this will ensure that the panels will not be damaged in transit.
Return & Exchange Policy
Changed your mind?

You have 14 days from receipt of our product to change your mind on all non personalised products. Please note that the buyer must cover the cost of return.

Arrived faulty?

In the unlikely event the product arrives damaged please take pictures of external packaging and contact us and we can discuss a solution.

At our core, we prioritize delivering products of the utmost quality.
Due to the cutting process, you may find small burn marks near the cuts. These marks typically appear on one surface and can be easily concealed with paint or smoothed out using high grain sandpaper.
We want to highlight that certain designs may render the panels structurally weaker, so we advise handling them with care. Your satisfaction and safety are our top concerns.
